Note; If you are using Internet Explorer to view this website there may appear to be missing images. This is due to a problem in IE (it is not compatible with current web standards set by the W3C World Wide Web Consortium) that causes pictures to randomly appear and disappear. There is also a change in the appearance of the left side of the page when scrolling caused by IE's inability to handle transparent .png files properly.
