Lynette Harper's Personal Website

This started as an html web site that I designed is the first one that was published on the web. It is a biographical and event oriented site for my wife. It includes both Academic and Dance biographies to reflect her main areas of interest. I recently converted it to a Joomla based site for ease of editing content and posting galleries.

The Centre House

This was the first Joomla site that I designed. It is no longer in use due to circumstances. This site was constructed using an earlier version of Joomla 1.0. It has many features including an event calendar and forum. It is for a business doing personal growth and managment courses.

Dr. Helen K. Mussallem Biography Project

This website is project that I started centered around Lynette's aunt Dr. Helen K. Mussallem. Helen is one of Canada's foremost nurses and the most decorated nurse in Canada. In her early carreer she revolutionized nursing education for Canadian nurses and then proceeded to do the same for nursing education around the world.

The website is a biographical one that I hope will become an eductional resource for nursing students and historians. I have designed it in such a way that many people can contribute their stories about Helen and thereby add to the richness of this document and tribute.

Island Yoga Dance

This website was designed for a friend on Denman Island who has been teaching yoga, yogadance, bellydance and indian temple dance for years. It was designed to give her business a prescence on the web and to announce upcoming events.

Nanaimo Brief Encounters 2008

This is a team blog that I created for an art/movement project that I am involved with pairing artists from different diciplines to create movement based pieces for performance on November 8, 2008. The idea was to give the artists an opportunity to dialogue on the web and to post some of their work.
